HA-OH SHOYU RAMEN
Ingredients (1 serving): HA-OH, Soy sauce, Water
Add 1 tbsp. of HA-OH into 2 cups of water into a pan.
Add 4 tbsp. of soy sauce into the soup, bring it to boil.
Pour the soup into a bowl, add cooked ramen noodle.
HA-OH MISO RAMEN
Ingredients (1 serving): HA-OH, Miso, Water, Crushed Sesame Seeds
Add 1 tbsp. HA-OH into 4 cups of water into a pan.
Boil the soup, stop the heat, dissolve 3 tbsp. miso
Add crushed sesame seeds in a bowl, pour the soup, then put cooked ramen noodle.
TORIGARA SHOYU RAMEN
Ingredients (1 serving): TORIGARA, Soy sauce, Water
Add 1 tbsp. of TORIGARA into 2 cups of water into a pan.
Add 4 tbsp. of soy sauce into the soup, bring it to boil.
Pour the soup into a bowl, add cooked ramen noodle.
TORIGARA SHOYU RAMEN with ginger and garlic
Ingredients (2 serving): TORIGARA, Soy sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Water
Add 3 tbsp. of TORIGARA into 4 cups of water into a pan
Add 5 tbsp. of soy sauce, ½ tsp. grated ginger, ½ tsp. grated garlic into the soup, bring it to boil
Pour the soup into a bowl, add cooked ramen noodle.
Cook ramen noodle separately for better taste.

Lard*
La-yu (spicy sesame oil*)
Miso (for MISO RAMEN)
Soy sauce (for SHOYU RAMEN)
Hot pepper/sauce
Tobanjan (spicy bean paste)
Grated ginger
Grated garlic
*Add oil (sesame, lard, or butter) for richer taste ramen soup
