HAOH SHOYU RAMEN

Ingredients (2 serving): HAOH, Soy sauce, Water

  1. Add 3 tbsp. of HAOH into 4 cups of water into a pan.
  2. Add 3 tbsp. of soy sauce into the soup, bring it to boil.
  3. Pour the soup into a bowl, add cooked ramen noodle.

HAOH MISO RAMEN

Ingredients (2 serving): HAOH, Miso, Water, Crushed Sesame Seeds

  1. Add 3 tbsp. HAOH into 4 cups of water into a pan.
  2. Add 3 tbsp. of miso into the soup, bring it to boil.
  3. Add crushed sesame seeds in a bowl, pour the soup, then put cooked ramen noodle.

TORIGARA SHOYU RAMEN

Ingredients (2 serving): TORIGARA, Soy sauce, Water

  1. Add 3 tbsp. of TORIGARA into 4 cups of water into a pan.
  2. Add 3 tbsp. of soy sauce into the soup, bring it to boil.
  3. Pour the soup into a bowl, add cooked ramen noodle.

TORIGARA SHOYU RAMEN with ginger and garlic

Ingredients (2 serving): TORIGARA, Soy sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Water

  1. Add 3 tbsp. of TORIGARA into 4 cups of water into a pan
  2. Add 3 tbsp. of soy sauce, ½ tsp. grated ginger, ½ tsp. grated garlic into the soup, bring it to boil
  3. Pour the soup into a bowl, add cooked ramen noodle.

Cook ramen noodle separately for better taste.


 

RECOMMENDED INGREDIENTS FOR RAMEN SOUP

  • Sesame seeds (crushed, paste, or oil*)
  • Butter*
  • Lard*
  • La-yu (spicy sesame oil*)
  • Miso (for MISO RAMEN)
  • Soy sauce (for SHOYU RAMEN)
  • Hot pepper/sauce
  • Tobanjan (spicy bean paste)
  • Grated ginger
  • Grated garlic

*Add oil (sesame, lard, or butter) for richer taste ramen soup

  • Boiled egg
  • Menma (Bamboo shoot)
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Ground Meat
